Some individuals are misusing Drop Box sites as dumping grounds since
some councils have halted verge side collections, leading to unattractive
suburbs and increased anti-social behaviour.
The Clothing Please Drop Boxes should only be used for clothing, bedding,
shoes, bags, and small-medium teddy bears. For other items, assistance is
available through E’Co Pay it Forward, which provides items free of charge
to those in need in WA, or E’Co Recycle it.com, which responsibly disposes
of non-textile items.
